1.  October Potluck - Thursday, Oct. 18th @ 7 pm

We're holding our monthly potluck at the Seattle GLBT Community Center located on Capitol Hill.

Please bring the usual potlucks goodies; I don't believe we can bring liquor/beer but we'll double check.  Some folks plan to go across street for a few drinks after the potluck.

Bring some dive pictures and stories to share!

2.  December Holiday Party - Mark your calendars for Saturday, December 15

Our annual holiday party is always a hoot!  It features great food and a white elephant gift exchange that is way too much fun!  This party is tentatively scheduled to happen in the Seattle area so it will be close and convenient for most.  We usually start late in the evening... more details coming soon.

At last month's potluck, we started discussing a club dive trip to Bonaire.  Almost 2 years ago, our club went to Thailand and dove for 4 days on Adaman Sea - it was an amazing experience.

At this point, we're looking at going in December 2008.  I need to work with Jim a bit on some more details.   It appears there's several airlines that fly directly to Bonaire from Seattle.  At this point, we would like to know if YOU would be interested in learning more about the trip so we can get an idea of number of folks.  This will aide us in starting the planning process and selecting a resort, etc.
